RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

The following Return Policy is subject to periodic review and change.
QUALITY CONCERNS AS BASIS FOR RETURN
Due to the fragile nature of our glassware, we don’t accept returns.
This is especially true if you receive your purchase and you decide you just don’t like it. We really, really encourage you to study the photos and related links in the description before making a purchase that we consider final.
However …
we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and your experience with us.
So, before purchasing from us and then asking for a return, please be mindful of the following:
Unless otherwise noted, everything we sell is pre-owned and used.
Therefore, we make every effort to photograph blemishes, marks, scuffs, scratches, etc., and/or to describe the same in the Condition Notes.
Before you purchase our glass it’s your responsibility to review the photographs AND to read the Condition Notes before completing your purchase.
If, after receiving your shipment, you think you want to return it because of a blemish, scuff or other marking that is described in the photographs and in the Condition Notes, please accept that we don’t consider that a valid reason for the return.
If, however, you absolutely insist, we’ll refund the cost of the item and the shipping after it is returned to us.
Return shipping arrangements and costs will be your responsibility.
BREAKAGE DURING SHIPPING
Please note that unless otherwise described in the Condition Notes, we don’t sell glassware that is chipped, cracked or otherwise broken. Therefore, your shipment should arrive to you without these issues, UNLESS previously described in the Condition Notes.
When packing your purchase for shipping we will make every effort to protect the glassware using standard packing materials including bubble wrap and peanuts (Please note that we are committed to recycling and reusing shipping materials whenever possible, including boxes, bubble wrap and Styrofoam shipping peanuts).
If you receive a shipment and the glassware is broken, please photograph the product, the condition of the packing materials it was wrapped in, the condition of the shipping box, etc.
Then contact us through our Contact Us page and we’ll review the issues and work on resolving the problem with the shipper and refunding your purchase when we received it from you.
With certain products that are very rare, expensive, fragile, etc., each glass will be in a ziplock bag with a tamper-proof seal. Once the seal is broken, we are not responsible for breakage or injury to the glassware.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned purchase.
We will process Refunds only. At this point in time we do not do exchanges for Gift Cards or for other items.
